1. Service Agreement
By subscribing to SARK FIBER services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis and is subject to area feasibility and network availability.
2. Plans & Pricing
All plan prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (currently GST 18%). Plan features, speeds, and pricing may change with prior notice. Long-term offers and discounts are valid only on advance payment.
3. Speed & Performance
Mentioned speeds are the maximum achievable speeds under ideal conditions. Actual speeds may vary based on distance, device, time of day, network congestion, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Fair Usage Policy
All plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Unlimited data refers to no fixed cap, but excessive usage that affects network performance may be throttled to ensure quality for all users.
5. Installation & Equipment
Free installation and routers are subject to area feasibility. The equipment provided remains the property of SARK FIBER and must be returned in working condition upon disconnection. Damage or loss may incur charges.
6. Billing & Payment
Bills are generated monthly in advance. Payment must be made by the due date to avoid service interruption. Late payments may attract reconnection charges.
7. Add-on Services
OTT & LIVE TV channels are available at an additional ₹200/month. Static IP, CCTV connectivity, WiFi mesh setup, and lease lines are available on select plans at additional cost.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Customers may request cancellation by giving prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per company policy. Installation and equipment charges, if waived, may be recovered upon early termination.
9. Service Suspension
SARK FIBER reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, illegal activities, or violation of these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
SARK FIBER is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.
11. Modifications
SARK FIBER reserves the right to modify these terms, plans, and pricing at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
